Exchange Policy

At Desmento, your satisfaction matters to us. While we don’t offer returns, we do allow easy exchanges within a limited window. Every product is crafted with care and goes through quality checks—but if something’s not right, we’re here to help you make it right.

How to Request an Exchange

For all exchange requests, please email us at hello@desmento.com with:

  • Your Order ID

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Relevant photos or unboxing video (in case of damage or defect)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


Timeline for Exchanges

All exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery, including the day the order is received.
Requests made after this window will not be accepted.


When Can You Request an Exchange

You can request an exchange in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product

  • There is a sizing issue

  • The product arrived damaged or defective (must be supported by unboxing video or clear photographs)

In such cases, we offer a free exchange or replacement.
If the replacement item has a higher price, the difference must be paid online before dispatch.


Conditions for Accepted Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and the invoice must be intact

  • The item must be folded neatly and securely packed to prevent damage during reverse pickup

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order

Products that are worn, washed, altered, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.


Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances

  • Refunds are not applicable, even in cases of sizing issues

  • A ₹100 deduction may apply for preference-based or size-related exchanges to cover reverse logistics costs

  • Slight color or design differences due to screen settings or lighting are not valid for exchange

  • Please note: We use world-class digital printers with OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT-certified inks. While we strive for accuracy, the final print colors may slightly differ from the digital designs due to fabric texture and print technology.

  • Items bought during sales, flash deals, or using discount codes are not eligible for exchange

  • We do not accept exchanges for innerwear, hygiene-related products, or customized items

  • Please do not accept the package if it appears damaged at the time of delivery
