Shipping Policy

  • We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Ekart, FedEx, DHL, and others selected according to your pin code.

  • Orders leave our warehouse within 24 – 48 working hours after confirmation (Sundays & national holidays excluded).

  • Delivery timeline:

    • 5 - 7 business days for most locations.

    • Up to 10 working days for remote zones in North-East India and Jammu & Kashmir.


Pricing & Charges

  • All product prices already include shipping, taxes, and handling. No hidden fees at checkout or on delivery.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a live tracking link.

  • Didn’t get tracking info within 48 hours? Email us at hello@desmento.com and we’ll help right away.


Delivery Attempts & Reshipping

  • Couriers will attempt delivery up to three times.

  • Please provide complete address and a valid mobile number to avoid failed deliveries.

  • If a package is returned to us:

    • No extra cost if the error was ours.

    • Reshipping charges may apply if the address/availability issue was customer-side.


“Delivered but Not Received”

  • If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, notify us within 48 hours.

  • We’ll open an investigation with the courier (takes 5-6 working days).

  • Claims after the 48-hour window cannot be guaranteed.


Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel within 6 hours of placing the order by emailing hello@desmento.com.

  • Cancellations requested after 6 hours or post-dispatch cannot be accepted.


Serviceable Regions

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • International shipping isn’t available yet, but we’re working on adding it soon.
